Currently using Spiceworks Desktop, but of course it's lacking in features.

Read and heard good things about Quest Kace, but it's quite expensive. Lansweeper Pro is cheaper, but last time I checked (about 3 years ago), it lacked a few things compared to Kace. Don't remember what it was though.

I know Zabbix, but it's too much maintenance to my taste and I have limited time to implement this.

I need something that receives SNMP alerts, tracks assets and installed softwares and stores assets-related invoices. Bonus points if it has a network performance analyzer, to help me spot bottlenecks/issues.

What do you use at the office?

For managing infrastructure inventory we use Open DCIM. I don't think it does much with SNMP alerts but I haven't spent much time with it since our devops team manages that. I don't know what we use for network monitoring.
