FTP Sync program?

I'm looking for a program that will sync a local directory with the contents of an FTP folder. It also needs to support subfolders, and free would be a good thing.

I've found a few, but either their trial download is broken, or the site is down.

This thread might have some info to help you. Second Copy 2000 isn't free, but reasonably priced IMHO. You can also mirror directories using a nifty CLI tool that comes with the windows 2000 resource kit call robocopy. (if you need to demo it, let me know)

Beyond Compare does nearly everything (or maybe everything?) that SecondCopy does and then a truckload more. It's ideal for FTP synchronization.

Unfortunately, it costs $30.

I can't recommend this software highly enough - everyone should have a copy.

I use Unison to keep a bunch of folders in sync between by computers. It can work over SSH, and would be able to do the job just fine.
