Looks like he put in a lot of effort. I like it, but it's not something I would want in my own house.

It seems to be very well made, but what's the goal? As Merc pointed out, rackmounts exist for this. Need storage space? Buy a half-eight cabinet and stack a few 4U enclosures into it. You'll fit WAY more hard drives than into the enclosure he made. And if you like the "natural" look, nothing prevents you to glue some tainted plywood or arborite on the sides.

Someone has way too much time when they build stuff like that. I will stick with my yeong yang cube server case "only" about a third the size of that thing.
