I'd suggest grabbing a set of Winternals applications before Microsoft buries all of them. Process Explorer by itself is worth its weight in gold, but there's so much crap on Microsoft's web site that even if the tools stay free you'll never be able to find them again.

I noticed that I could go to sysinternals.com and use the menu on the left. Their site is slow right now.
