Internet very slow the last few days

Is it just me, or are other people experiencing very slow internet connections lately? A few sites are loading quickly, many are taking literally forever (i.e. like over a minute) to load a page. Is some kind of cyberattack going on?

Your configured DNS server might be dying under load. You could look into that with a tool like Namebench. Or you could just manually assign your DNS servers to be 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2 and see if your stuff magically speeds up.

You can also check the Internet Traffic Report to see if there's some kind of internet-wide disruption, but those are relatively rare.

I've experienced slowdowns and even problems accessing Storageforum.net yesterday's evening. There might have been something going on.

Things seem mostly back to normal for me now, but the last few days before were pretty awful.
