Care to elaborate on designing your own case?

Likely made of oak or walnut by a very fine joiner in town, it will be wall-mounted and have my LCD screen built into the face. Intake will be baffled and filtered along the entire bottom, exhaust will be baffled and along the entire top. The motherboard will be rotated 90-CCW from the norm and moved away from the edges. All cable management / power management will occur inside the chassis. All Hard drives will be suspended within their own "chimney". An array of Nexus 120mm fans will be near the bottom encouraging the convection already in place. More to follow, but it looks like it won't cost much more than the high-end cases already on the market.
