I lost an entire day because of this tool. Someone else here mentioned that it sometimes screws up the network components. On the few installations I did on my home systems, it didn't, so I thought the warning was FUD. Wrong. I'll skip the details, but in the end, my original Win2K CD succesfully installed the drivers for a simple D-Link 530TX while the nLite-made CD couldn't. My big problem was that I only brought the nLite-made CD to the customer. I looked like a celery feet. The network logon had failures too. And since the box wasn't mine, I couldn't smash it. Hell couldn't be worse.
My Win2K nLite CD is now a cup holder.
