Of course. Why is that even a question? Just create a bootable USB installation and add the latest version of Malwarebytes and whatever other cleaning software you want on it and boot from the USB key.

The royal pain in the ass bit is tha MBAM no longer has a straightforward offline update system. I don't know why they stopped supporting it, but they did.
