Yes. Downloaded it at noon local time (Tuesday, 13-March) and have been since been running it on a mix of 1~2 year old vintage servers that were originally loaded with Win2K3 then upgraded to SP1 later on, as well as some very recent vintage servers that were originally loaded with Win2K3/R2. In all cases, no problemos -- just smooth (if not smoother) sailing.

Only problem with SP2 that I've noticed is that WSUS will occasionally crash during the primary repository update process.

Haven't bothered looking into it further, since it's on a test server and not the production servers...

No issues otherwise.
