The Windows 7 Tool Kit works too. Lots of options.

Windows 7 Toolkit has some problems. Even a simple change like removing the arrow on desktop icons breaks other things. Like screen saver.
I've also had issues with permissions. Can't access programs on partitions/disk other than 'C'.

It's probably best to avoid Windows 7 Tools.
