For the record, the Zalman CNPS11x Performa is a great cooler. A pair of them (in series - one takes in the exhaust of the other) are able to keep a pair of 150W E5-2687W CPUs (at 100% load 24/7) between 55C and 68C very quietly. Just don't try to fit them in a 4U rackmount chassis...they are about 0.7cm too tall
