Hopefully, the product is more transparent then the picture shows. Otherwise, using it as a bulletproof window will be useless. "Hey, we're protected from bullets! But I can't see where I am going!! [CRASH]"

It looks to me like either a matte surface, or it's in a plastic bag. Either one would explain the less than optically clear properties. I imagine if polished out it would be as clear as glass.
How many people other than the politicians and rappers or criminals need bulletproof glass on a daily basis?
