Astrill: High cost. Weird billing company. VERY fast, near 120 mb/sec. Great software.

NordVPN:Sucky software. Half cost of Astrill, for 1/10 the speed, or less. Terrible software. So far, no weird billing.

I use TunnelBear. Probably not the best at anything, but does the job and cheap enough that I haven't bothered shopping around.

Cheap, but really sucks speed wise. Astrill was twice the cost, but about 8 or 9 times faster.
