It only outputs an equivalent of 469 hp in insane, not 700 hp according to the news. They didn't say anything about it being any slower? Tesla have measured according to the standards set by the authoroties, and the owners have measured the "real" power output?

I agree with timwhit on Walmart bikes, it's probably better to buy a used bike. I don't know if a fixie can be an alternative, but they are cheap and low maintenance.
