I was actually responding to Merc. He was talking about One X on sprint which is the LTEVO versus the S3. Both have microSD slots. The main difference would be removable battery in the S3.

LTEVO has a microSD card slot. I just put a 32GB card in and between that and the almost 10GB it came with I don't think I'll have any need to change it.

HTC I think was big for the last version of windows mobile. There was a version of the EVO that was windows mobile that I think was popular. Microsoft's move is surprising and may stir anti-competitive waters.

I'm in same boat, contract is up, considering new phones. Considering HTC One X equivalent on sprint. But I can't get over the non-removable battery. I mean after a year, you have to replace these batteries. Is there a difference in display between the nexus and S2 that would help you decide?

These seem fine to have you phone on it flat in the car but not useful as a vertical mounting place or am I incorrect? Perhaps placed over the speedometer I could mount my phone and use the GPS?

You don't have to disable the 2.4Ghz, just give the 5Ghz a different SSID. I have mine named RickardsHome and RickardsHome5G. The blu-ray is set to the 5Ghz. Everything else is the 2.4Ghz. If you give them the same SSID then I think the device will pick what it thinks is best.
