Of course there is. Noctua NH-U9DX and NH-U12DX. They both won't fit inside a 2U chassis, but they can silently cool an LGA771 CPU otherwise.

I just want to share that my brother has started a weight-losing program two months ago and that he's already lost 20lbs. I'm very proud of him. He wasn't as obese as Merc was a few years ago and he doesn't plan on losing as much weight as our former substantial man did, but nonetheless, it's...

    4TB drive from Seagate

HGST launched a 4TB desktop drive today. More practical and versatile than Seagate's external drive IMO. Almost certainly more reliable too.

    4TB drive from Seagate

The reliability of Seagate's 2TB drives is poor, their 3TB drives are dreadful so their 4TB must be simply aweful. Seems like a safe way to lose a lot of data.

    Different case from Lian li

That's how it is intended to be used, with the 2.5" drive mounted on the inside. A case that can harbour 6 3TB 3.5" drives plus 6 1TB 2.5" drives isn't too bad IMO. It might not be like a Norco with 24 bays, but it's better than most enclosures of comparable size.

Normally, it's either the PSU or the motherboard. I've seen dead Seagate drives to prevent computers from booting. It's almost never the CPU and while bad RAM causing bit errors is frequent, dead RAM preventing a system to boot is uncommon.

The closest Ubiquiti reseller is 40Km away and it doesn'll sell the Router Station Pro. I've not been able to find an enclosure for it (only enclosures to put it outside on a pole) and the fact that it doesn't take Mini-PCI-E cards is a downer. Decent MiniPCI wireless cards are hard to find.

    Different case from Lian li

It supports very large motherboards like the Gigabyte oversized board SSDdrueding wanted to use. The CPU cooler height must be limited though. And the front USB connector has to be plug uinto one of the rear ports  But overall, it's an interesting take on computer case design.

The Asus is a much nicer board. While you don't need it with your case, it has an internal USB 3.0 20 pins connector, which is still relatively rare. It has more fan connectors and more complete backplate I/O ports. It's certainly quite a bit more expensive too, however. See that review...
