Nvidia agrees to settlement in lawsuit for GTX 970 false advertising

If my 10TB drive was actually 9.09GB, I'd consider a class action. FYI, your 10 Terabyte drive truly is a 9.09Tebibyte (9313.226 Gibibyte) drive. Windows reports the binary capacity, not the drive maker's misleading decimal number.

    Camping a domain name

No, not really. AFAIK namejet doesn't contact the domain holder, just waits for domains to be almost-expired and reported by namejet-affiliated registrars. Then if there is an offer pending for the name (and the name isn't renewed by the original owner), there is an auction, but the proceeds...

    98SE setup BSOD?

I guess I was lucky back in the day. My 486DX-50 never gave me any problems, but it was on an ISA only board. Summer '92 I splurged and bought 8 megs of RAM (30 pin SIMMs with parity [remember parity? now known as ECC {ok, part of ECC}]) for IIRC $38/meg. 8MB was so I could run OS/2 and Win3.11...

    problem Toshiba laptop's touchpad malfunction

Quick note on the touchpad. Toshiba BIOS like to disable internal pointing devices if it detects another pointing device; happens before OS boot, so OS never sees the internal device. And Lunar possibly illustrates Chevy's big failure to educate the buying public. The Volt switches to gasoline engine when its batteries run low; no range anxiety. It could be the perfect interim EV, as many people could go weeks without using the ICE, given the 30 mile electric range.

Oops! My car apparently has real wood trim. I just assumed it was faux. However, my aunt's 2003 Buick had some interior wood trim (real or fake IDK), and I never noticed it having a problem - and that car was parked outdoors without any shade for 6+ years.
