This one you can. The optics are designed in such a way that the top and side edges of the beam are very hard; if you are outside the beam you see very little other than the illuminated cone on the ground. I typically aim it about 5 degrees down from horizontal. Even at 30MPH that would allow me...

Indeed. The virtualization features were necessary. I'm just used to being able to squeeze something extra, even if it is only 10%.

It isn't about liking it or not liking it. I prefer the previous setup myself. But that really doesn't matter, does it? The ribbon interface is what is sold, people buy, what they use. Getting people on to Google Docs is my priority, but if they want a copy of MS Office they get the ribbon...

I want to buy a new car

I've been under the impression that power/displacement relates closely to power/efficiency and power/fuel economy. Something about the stoichiometry and extracting power from the fuel in the cylinders. Disregarding that seems pretty silly.

3000ft of climbing is certainly respectable. And you did manage to hit 40mph! I've only been managing one ride a week lately; that needs to change.

The seat heating in my car works fine, but there are many days where I wish for ventilated seats. Adaptive cruise control is another very worthy upgrade. Oh, and 4-wheel drive for those days where I need to go out to one of the quarries in the rain. I really like a hatchback to keep all my...

I want to buy a new car

I can agree with this, but might push it to 4000rpm. Above that is uncivilized in a road car. Race cars are different. To start, there is only room for one car per adult in my garage. I also prefer the versatility of not having to decide before I leave what kind of drive I'm about to take...

I haven't put in time to OC the 4770 yet. I'll need to do that before I can tell you for sure, but I suspect it may be. And the fewer cores makes it a more consistent performer.

I'm pretty sure that they law doesn't require them, but there are so many "set-up crashes" where people were being forced into situations with huge liability and corrupt cops that dash-cams were the obvious defense. IBM x3650 M2 : 8x 2GB installed, but only 4GB recognized???

I'd probably start with pulling and swapping memory to find out which slots and DIMMs are being detected. Another place to try would be to down the timings to very conservative settings to make sure all is being detected.

    XenServer is Free

I had a paid Veeam licence for over 2 years. It did work as advertized, but was never as easy as I would have liked. And in one instance consistently delivered corrupt backups. Granted the VM was in bad shape, but a warning that the backup wouldn't have been bootable would have been nice.

    XenServer is Free

The part that springs to mind for me is the backup options. Either very expensive add-ons, or down-time. With down time you have manual or hacked-together. All distasteful IMHO.

    Folding with multiple GPUs?

I'm watching the clockrate via GPU-Z and Precision, so they are fine. Ended up getting an error when the WU was submitted at 1306MHz, but they are going through fine @ 1201MHz. That machine (work2) is currently doing 385k PPD. Work1 is managing 301k PPD.
