My InsipRon 8200 left a mark on the screen fron the "joy-nipple" (tm Merc), until I took the rubber cover off. Also some of the keys leave an oily residue on the screen, it wipes off OK. The keyboard prob needs to be screwed down more.
LOL no such luck. Just barely over minimum wage. Just something to keep me out of michief till I can get a decent job in IT, perhaps Hell Desk or somesuch.
Interview went no worries, got the job, orientation next week. DrunkenBastard joins the ranks of the employed! Drug test should be fine, I operate on 100% pure alcohol.
You can put a 32bit PCI card in a PCI-X slot, provided that it is capable of 3.3V operation and has the 3.3V cutout. If it is a 5V only card it won't physically fit (no biggie if you have 32 bit slots on the mobo as well).
Good news, the Emu replied with the good info.
HARVEST VINTAGE IMPORTS
Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA, T6H 3T3
I've emailed them to find a retailer in Toronto.
ughh, email bounced back, will have to call em in the morning.
Thanks flagreen, good find. I have googled Canada and Boags beer without much success, but have emailed Boags and the Flying Emu to ascertain where their distibution center is. If I can find a retailer in Toronto, I could just drive over there and pick up a boot load. And if the fast-ferry they...
I thought about it, it would have been better if I'd been on the left coast with easy access to shipping. Plus check out the licensing costs:

How much does a wholesale license cost?

Terrible news. It's the bloody terrorists fault! *ponders the meaning to it all*
"Dear DrunkenBastard,
Thank you for your email regarding sending our beers to the United States.
I'm afraid I am not the bearer of good news. Due to recently introduced laws in the USA (the Bio-Terrorism Law)...
I'm on the edge guys. Yesterday I went to a store called Beers of the World, with a reported 1500 in stock. Sadly the Australian section was pathetic, and most disturbingly of all, there was no Boags to be seen, more specifically no James Boags Premium Lager. I asked the ass$$$$ behind the...
Mine is the CH-DVD 500 but it looks like the 300 does everything mine does in a smaller form factor. For $45 bucks it's a steal. Might get one for the in-laws for Christmas.
LOL no offense taken. The deer was about 60-70m out, so it couldn't tell where I was shooting from. I just kept shooting till someone yelled out, I had to stop for safeties sake, tho it was just one of our hunting group wondering what was going on. I need to get a scope for the shottie.
On a...
Well we were all in line so when the buck went ahead of us it could be shot at without concern of hitting someone else - this being all private land.
One guy in NY was shot in the nose on opening day, apparently some 20 year old shot at a deer when it ran between him and his hunting partner...

Google to the rescue. The Jap trains have rubber wheels for >100kph, and the Germans have batteries on board. Dear god 10-30 million dollas per mile!
I have no probs with AVG scanning emails with XP Pro and Outlook XP. It puts in the little "Incoming mail is certified virus free" tag on all incomers. I turned off the scanning on outgoing. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to shutdown Outlook when installing/updating AVG, otherwise...
Japan's super-fast Maglev has set a new speed record for magnetically levitated trains, reaching 560 kilometres an hour during unmanned testing.

What happens if the power fails to the track? Does the train keep floating and just not move...
Yup it was opening day yesterday, unfortunately it was too warm and no wind, so the cunning bastiches lay down in the cornfields. I did see one which I laid 5 rounds towards, sadly didn't touch him. Then a 7 point buck[/b[] tried to run me over when we were pushing a cornfield, by the time I got...
Assuming I spend $1099 for a Dell 2001FP with 16ms UXGA, I still have over a grand left to build a computer that is faster and more upgradeable. Still I guess for the Mac faithful, there can only be one path forward.
I notice that Apple got in trouble in the UK over there B.S. claims about the...
I have an Apex 1200. Cost about $50-60. Worked fine but recently it won't play any kind of DVD-R or DVD+R disc. It used to do that fine. And retail DVDs work fine. I wouldn't get another. Especially when I have the Cyberhome 500 which is all-region and playsback PAL on NTSC for my Buffy viewing...
The thing about PCs is they are perfectly suited to displaying high resolution video. Even an XGA rez screen is far greater than standard analog TV. Of course it's not really something the family can gather around. A good reason for WUXGA screens for everyone!
I haven't looked at the samples...
I was wondering whether they showed on US TeeVee the story on the father, showing the bloody shirt and pool of blood on the street where his young kid had been killed by a US bomb? And the look of hatred in his eyes as he told the camera that he would kill any Americans that he sees.
As for...
Ahh, many thanks Bartender. I have this problem where I usually end up on the floor (hoping for a peek up Tea's dress) before I get to that end of the bar.
Bartender, I finally found an American beer that I can drink. Miller "High Life". Quite close to a normal Australian beer, and around $9 for 30 cans at Eckerds. Beats that overpriced Molsons (people were looking at me strangely). Perhaps we could have it on tap at your fine establishment?
"A Sydney man who received just over $60,000 in damages for injuries he received in a bizarre pub prank says he has disappointed with the amount.
The accident occurred when he slipped on fat that had been left by a man wearing pork chops as shoes.
