Never seen that before. Is XP only malfunctioning in the time that is displayed? If you create a file what time/date does it get? If you adjust the time/date in BIOS does XP change system time corespondingly? Is it possible the original is corrupt?

Greg, Is there some reason you want to buy an outrageously expensive motherboard? I have run a SuperMicro MB in the past but I have found just as good stability out of my Tyan 2066. It only goes down for updates and when the UPS battery runs out.

Why couldn't you attach a USB/FW cd drive to the external port on the computer? For that matter you could attach it only long enough to make an ISO of the disc and then you could disconect and mount the ISO with Daemon Tools.

I have a Norelco and change the heads every 6 months. I can tell a difference and since an electric doesn't cut as close anyway I think its worth it. I also have one of those gilette two blade jobbies. I buy maybe a five pack of heads a year. I save the close cut for special occasions.

I think you should consider starting with a universal remote with macros at least as a backup to the voice control.
