Press release
It will use Intel's 25nm MLC NAND chips, be available in 200GB and 400GB capacities, will be in a 2.5" format and connect via SAS interface, will be very fast and even more expensive. The press release mentions 495MB/s reads and 385Mb/s writes. So I expect it to be like an OCZ Vertex 3, more reliable and probably twice as expensive.
