It doesn't come with a power supply. It takes a standard PS2 power supply.

If I had to guess, it probably goes in the space in front of the CPU fan. There's a PSU-shaped cutout there.

The picture of the rear of the case shows the power supply mounting holes above the two rear facing fans. Which i believe is above the motherboard.

So those two small fans are cooling the motherboard, and the big fan is cooling the top of the power supply?

It doesn't appear to be filled with stupid gamer lights. And it doesn't have a spoiler or giant rims. So it can certainly get worse.

The top fan should be converted to a grill-only design; the rear fans removed, and the side windows converted to 230mm fans.

I have an acquaintance with a case with a similarly huge fan on the top. He was singing its overclocking praises when I mentioned that his case must be full of dust. He made a face telling me that it was true.
That huge fan makes your case an air filter. This is one of the reasons that I switched to a positive pressure case.
