    42" HDTV recomendations?

Thanks My really old tv just had the portable Colby DVD player pretty much die on it, and, I bought a newegg.com Liteon combo. Didn't work with the old TV. Problem with the old style video out, from the Liteon unit. S video out worked fine, but, only my Panasonic in the living room has that...

    Server 2008 free

Have enterprise up on my laptop. Fairly snappy. A bunch of basic software, like dictionaries, won't install. Driver problems for scanner, screen, and no dual monitor support. Password security is a real problem. Requires a serious amount of typing for a password, but, on the otherhand don't...

    120mm case fans

Just a quick note on the subject. I just got done pulling a Radeon X700 out of the machine David built, and I sold. CPU AMD 3000+, with Swifttech's massive cooler, and a Stealth Vantec fan on top of it. As the computer boots, the fan turns on, then the auto sensor shuts it off, and, it stays...

Drive was half of a raid 0, so the data recovery is not part of the picture. I was actually wondering if it would be worth it for anyone to have it fixed by seagate, i.e. reconditioned, or, I should just give it away as a 500 dollar paper weight at Christmas;-)? If the repair price was...

DEAD CHEETAH: WHERE TO GET ANOTHER CAT?

Thinking of school. Currently subbing long term in a math class. Anyone have a projector they would donate? I use it for most of my math stuff. Scan in, and project. We have 5 for the school, and the school is about 3500 students.

Thanks! I couldn't remember hypermicro.com, but, I had very good service, products, and prices from them. I'll be looking them up. As for solid state, it's WAY off, as far as my price range right now. The 300 gig 10K's 10.7 are nearly as fast as 15k's, these days. Also, if I can find one...

    Laptop drives

I'm real happy with the 7200 rpm 80 gig in my Panasonic. Imagine they make bigger, but, the under 100 dollars seemed like the value spot, and, the bigger drives the usual ripoff, due to 'what the market will bare, lack of competition' pricing.

Virtual OS safer than Real OS?
