    If you go here and do a lot of hunting around: http://www.techreport.com/reviews/page.x?pg=graphics you will find that ATi mid-range cards (X1600 and above) and up use about 60W+ under full load, and go up from there. NVIDIA's 7600 and up start at about 40W, so these might be a better option...
