I'm really sorry to hear about that. I hope it is for the best.
And moving sucks, so I wish you luck with that.
Developing a new custom board style would be nice but I'm sure there is another forum out there with vbulletin and a good style already.
Look for the instructions about slipstreaming XP.
One of them tells you how to make an OEM disk out of the retail and vice versa. In so doing it tells you how to tell the keys apart, I think... maybe.
Anyway they might have the info but I lost the link.
So LiamC asked in the F@H thread how I liked my trip. So some info here.
I had previously traveled to New Zealand for business.
That was my first trip outside the US.
The plane trip to italy wasn't nearly as long timewise. We stopped in Frankfurt germany and then onto Bologna. Then a 2-3...
I was on vacation for 3 weeks in italy in end of may - june. My computer was off. I just turned it back on. It threw the stats off. Nothing new, just my AMD X2 3800.
Not to gang up but yeah we definitely need a theme change at least.
The visual distinction between forums with new posts and those without is too busy. The whole UI is too busy. And the visual distinction of unread posts is only bold versus unbold text. No simple easy icon to tell.
I'll have...
If you got it shaved at a barber he probably did a few things that make it less irritating.
1) used hot foam lather
2) used that barber aftershave stuff (I just use cold water from the shower)
3) Is a professional
Looks like a fork of mambo according to the website.
It is a content management system, not just a way to populate data in a specific web page template. Kind of like blogging software but designed for multiple authors. Not that I know anything about it or them.
Anybody want this Tool 10,000 Days CD, you pay shipping otherwise free.
I listened to it once and made one backup copy which you'll also receive.
Needless to say I thought it was the suck.
I leave on thursday night, so if you all don't 'see' me around for a while, don't worry. My sister does have a computer but I'm probably not going to touch it.
I remember when MS Word was flaky because of video drivers. To fix word, you installed different drivers. Adobe's software may be the same way.
I use adobe reader without any problems on any of my systems but yes in firefox I do disable the plugin and use a full instance.
Howell you're going off the deep end with conspiracy theory there.
No programmer worth their salt would purposely implement something ass-backwards. And I believe MS programmers are worth their salt.
Usability research takes time. I doubt they did usability testing on every vista feature.
You don't want to run a website off a server in your house for a business. Especially if you are going to take orders of any kind. This is fairly certain to violate your terms of service with SBC but more importantly be very slow for any significant traffic as your upload speed is very...
I don't see it in any of the structures returned by NetUserGetInfo.
So I'm not even sure windows stores this.
Maybe it would be possible to get the creation date/time of the user's home folder?
Does the bios only see that much but windows sees all of it?
Try installing the intel application accelerator drivers, supposedly they work around the 127GB limitation for some chipsets.
Well if I wasn't the 3rd I'd would probably not have named my son after me. But I guess once it gets past the Jr stage you feel a compulsion to keep the trend going. Plus it is probably an ego thing. What better name for your child than your own? Plus a lazy thing.
But it is really...
With my new case the P160 it has a filter on the front under the bezel. But I found that the air is going around the filter as well. The holes all around the front bezel let dust in. So I taped them over with clear tape. Same with the top usb and firewire ports, dust city and I don't use...
I think this for passenger stuff is way off if possible at all. I mean all these prototypes have the same problem, no brakes. How do you even stop a ramjet? No moving parts so you'd have to shut off the flow of air. But going that fast what would be able to sustain the pressure and the force...
<offtopic>
Yes it is a problem for me as well.
Let me explain. My full name is William Stanley Rickards III, my son is the IV. We just call him Liam. My dad is Bill and my grandfather is called Stan. That is just in my immediate family. And anybody who knows me from before college calls...
Are you talking about me? I have no idea really, have been avoiding the thread because I'm very busy at work. But I'll look for you Tannin.
I usually right click and drag and drop the icon.
But on win xp all I get is as you suggest. I get the manage menu item but properties is overtaken by...
Be careful when you abbreviate outlook express as OLE. That is the abbreviation for Object Linking and Embedding and is commonly associated with COM - Component Object Model.
When I was in new zealand, all the outlets had a switch next to them to turn the power off. Seemed like a neat idea. Not sure if this was just something specific to the places I was at, the hotel and the home of a developer, or to all of new zealand.
