I'm not hiding it. The program has been running since 1995. Nobody bothered to upgrade the software. Now the original disc are lost. (not my responsibility) When told we need to upgrade the software, and it would cost $$$$, all I got was "isn't there another way?". A couple more days of trying...

Many years ago (I was 11) I raced a go-kart. I was timed on the back stretch of the race track at 40+mph. Today I still think I was doing 100mph. The sensation of speed when you are in the open air with your ass an inch or two off the ground is awesome :-D

Back in the 60's, Hertz actually rented the original Mustang GT350. They found out real quick that wasn't a good idea. Besides being beat to death, some came back without the original engine in them. :bigeek:

My car was in for repairs ( I backed into a Jeep). My insurance company paid for most of the cost to rent a car. I got a mini Cooper. In my ~50 years of driving, that was the worst car I ever drove. I literally kissed the keys and steering wheel of my XB when I got it back.

Nope. In 1965 seat belts were optional. I was driving a 1965 Mustang and hit a 1964 Chevy Impala head on. Crumpled up the Mustang pretty good. Scratched the paint on the Chevy. Good thing I have a hard head. :mrgrn:

The gremlins need a good dose of pepper spray. The last windshield I replaced was after I went through it head first.

You might want to consider multiple transformers, as you mention. Having a fault in one fixture putting the whole house in the dark would be a real pain.

I think the average age there is 13-14. At that age most have discovered that their pecker is useful for other things besides peeing, so being able to think is imposible.

Apparently MS limits file copying in Win 7 to 10% of the network speed. I have been searching for a fix, but no luck yet.

The Intel DP67DE, Intel DH67BL, Intel DZ68DB, Intel DH67CF and some others list some Xeon E3 series CPUs as compatible. Although they might not be the super-duper ones.

If you check the motherboard specs, you may be able to install a Xeon processor in a desktop/workstation mother board rather than using a server board. My ASUS P8B-WS is running a Xeon E31230 with 4 cores plus hyper threading. Total of 8 cores. It was cheaper than an i7. But I believe it is an...

Unless you purchase one of each processor that you think might work for you, why would you need a testing program? Just search the net for the reviews of the CPUs. Usually they are compared to other similar CPUs.

Is AHCI enabled on the motherboard? If so, XP won't see the drive until the correct AHCI drivers are installed.
