I didn't have a problem migrating from a V5 5500 AGP to a G3 Ti200... I found the latter more than 2x fast and problem-free with every game, regardless the rendering mechanism (DirectX/OpenGL)... I think modern video adapters from nVIDIA don't share the problems of old TNT/TNT2... However time...

Isn't the G4 MX the best performance/price solution currently available?

ASUS seem to give nice results. Anyone else having a G3 Ti 200 post your results for comparison! I guess a GeForce 4 MX is right for any job you might need, Handruin, including games. And it doesn't cost much...

It is of outmost importance in every teaching/learning procedure to make the other understand the solution so he/she could apply it by him/herself on similar problems. A good teaching is not achieved by just showing the way in the fastest and most painless way, but through a complex procedure...

I'm not running G@h at all times. Only when I'm working on Office XP or surfing the web. Don't forget I'm the Captain of SR's UD team. My efforts are dedicated mainly there... and even there, only as screensaver! Not 24/7.
