SP2 is working great here. I've done the upgrade on a few machines w/o problem. I've also slipstreamed it into some other installations and it worked excellently there too. C

I had a similar issue before, it turned out that the Corsair memory was not compatible with the Soyo motherboard I was using. Symptoms sound memory related to me (as dd mention). You might not want to listen to me though, I have not had much luck with the computer crap lately... C

Well, I have officially given up on Shuttle. Their RMA was relativly fast but I believe they sent me a bad board back. Moving on....

I'm looking for a good deal on a socket 462 motherboard that works. I prefer an nForce2 ultra400 chipset but I'm pretty open. I'd like to mildly overclock an XP2400+ so the ability to run 400mhz FSB is desireable. If anybody has anything, let me know... Thanks, C
